Secure Shopping. When you place an order with us using your credit or debit card, it is done via a secure encrypted server SSL (Secure Socket Layers). This is the standard technology used throughout the internet for secure data transmission.

 
Payment may also be made by telephoning credit/debit card details. These details are immediately destroyed once the transaction has been approved. This practice is adhered to with orders through the post.

 
Personal Information – Security. Your personal identifiable information is kept secure at all times. It will never be passed on to any third party whether it be an individual, company or other organisation. We conform to the dictum laid down by The Data Protection Act and are registered with The Information Commissioners Office. (Registration number Z1151048 refers).

 
"Cookies” - By clicking 'Remember me' at the checkout, your 'username ' and 'password' are stored on your computer for the appropriate session length or when returning to the shop. However there is a facility to 'Logout' on the left menu (once you are logged in). No financial or personal information is stored at any stage.

 
We do not send random marketing emails to personal email addresses (spam). All emails and newsletters from this site allow you to opt out of further mailings.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Guarantee and refund policy Products are guaranteed against faulty manufacture for 24 months. The neodymium magnets have a lifetime guarantee. The guarantees are operative only when products have been subjected to normal and proper use. This does not affect your statutory rights, in relation to faulty or misdescribed goods, details of which can be obtained from Consumer Direct (the Government's consumer helpline) or your local Trading Standards Office. We will bear the cost of returning faulty goods by Royal Mail recorded delivery.

 
In accordance with the on-line purchasing policy published by The Trading Standards Office through Consumer Direct, customers have seven days to cancel an order and receive a refund. We have extended this period to 14 days. The refund will be given providing the product is returned unused in its original packing and with the receipt.

Orders are confirmed by e.mail auto-response immediately on receipt. They may be cancelled or exchanged prior to despatch

 
Delivery times We aim to despatch goods within 2-3 working days. In the unlikely event of your item being out of stock we will contact you to inform you of any delay. Alternatively we will offer a similar item or a refund.

UK shipping by Recorded Delivery. Flat rate charge of £2.00

EEC shipping via air mail. £3.00

USA shipping via air mail. £4.00

Rest of World via air mail £4.00.

 
Provision of information. The gauss and mTesla strengths quoted are those supplied by our various manufacturers and suppliers. (The gauss strength is calculated by multiplying the mTesla strength by ten). It should be noted that they are only guidelines and that two strengths, 'surface' and 'core' are often quoted. This can be misleading when comparisons are made of the strength of neodymium magnets.
