Guarantee and refund policy
Products are guaranteed against faulty manufacture for 24 months. The neodymium magnets have a lifetime guarantee. The guarantees are operative only when products have been subjected to normal and proper use. This does not affect your statutory rights, in relation to faulty or misdescribed goods, details of which can be obtained from Consumer Direct (the Government’s consumer helpline) or your local Trading Standards Office. We will bear the cost of returning faulty goods by Royal Mail recorded delivery.
In accordance with the on-line purchasing policy published by The Trading Standards Office through Consumer Direct, customers have seven days to cancel an order and receive a refund. We have extended this period to 14 days. The refund will be given providing the product is returned unused in its original packing and with the receipt.
Delivery times
We aim to despatch goods within 2-3 working days. In the unlikely event of your item being out of stock we will contact you to inform you of any delay. Alternatively we will offer a similar item or a refund.

EEC shipping via air mail. £3.00
USA shipping via air mail. £4.00
Rest of World via air mail £4.00.
Provision of information
The gauss and mTesla strengths quoted are those supplied by our various manufacturers and suppliers. (The gauss strength is calculated by multiplying the mTesla strength by ten). It should be noted that they are only guidelines and that two strengths, ‘surface’ and ‘core’ are often quoted. This can be misleading when comparisons are made of the strength of neodymium magnets.
